The Resource Group Pakistan, known as TRG Pakistan, is a Pakistani venture capital company which invests in business process outsourcing acompanies. It is based in Karachi, Pakistan.[1] [2] It was founded in 2002.[3]

History

TRG Pakistan was founded on December 2, 2002 by Zia Chishti, Hasnain Aslam, and Mohammed Khaishgi of the Kheshgi family.[4] [5] TRG obtained the certificate of commencement of business on February 27, 2003. The operations of the company effectively started on April 11, 2003.[6]

In 2003, TRG was listed on the Karachi Stock Exchange following an initial public offering at a strike price of PKR 10.[7]

In 2020, TRG's subsidiary ibex was listed on the Nasdaq.[8] [9]
