The Hermit Crab is a 1957 Australian radio drama by Catherine Duncan. It was one of her best known works. It was Duncan's first play since she returned to Paris and she called it "a conversation piece".[2] The Age called it "an interesting study of character".[3]

Premise

A man comes home and finds two women, one representing his past the other his future.
