The Conglomeration is a professional wrestling stable currently appearing in the American professional wrestling promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and Ring of Honor (ROH). The group currently consists of leader Mark Briscoe, Tomohiro Ishii, Kyle O'Reilly, Orange Cassidy, CMLL World Women's Champion Willow Nightingale, who is an associate of the group, and Mark's infant son "Little Jay Briscoe", who is an honorary member.[1] The group was founded in June 2024.[2]
The trio of Briscoe, O'Reilly, and Orange Cassidy was formed in June 2024 as they feuded with the Undisputed Kingdom. In the following weeks Ishii joined, and Willow Nightgale became associated with the group. At the 2024 ROH Death Before Dishonor, Briscoe defeated the Undisputed Kingdom's Roderick Strong to retain the ROH World Championship.[3] On the July 27 episode of AEW Collision, Briscoe introduced his baby son as the latest member of the group.[4]
