The Collection is a high-rise residential building in the Kakaʻako district of Honolulu, Hawaii. Built between 2015 and 2016, the tower stands at 422feet tall with 43 floors and is the current 5th tallest building in Hawaii.[1] [2]
The building was designed by the Pappageorge Haymes Partners studio and developed by Alexander & Baldwin, and is located in the Kakaʻako district of Honolulu. The building houses ten types of apartment unit plans which can vary between 580 and 1217feet and provides facilities such as social and green areas, swimming pools, a gym and ground-level restaurants.[3]
Situated in Kakaako, The Collection is a mixed-use project on a 3.3 acre site developed by The Collection LLC, a subsidiary of A&B Properties Inc. It comprises a 397-unit 43-story condo, a 54-unit four-story mid-rise building, 14 townhomes, five commercial spaces totaling 12987feet, and a six-story parking structure with 921 on-site parking spaces.[4]
