Thaumacus (mythology) explained

In Greek mythology, Thaumacus (Ancient Greek: Θαυμάκου) was the founder of Thaumacia in Magnesia, Thessaly.[1] He was the father of King Poeas[2] of Meliboea (or Malis), the father of Philoctetes.
