Thapelo Phora Explained
Thapelo Phora (born 21 November 1991) is a South African sprinter.[1] He competed in the 4 × 400 metres relay at the 2016 IAAF World Indoor Championships.[2] In 2019, he won the silver medal in the men's 4 × 400 metres relay at the 2019 African Games held in Rabat, Morocco.[3] He also won the silver medal in the men's 400 metres.[3]
He competed in the men's 400 metres and the men's 4 x 400 metres relay at the 2020 Summer Olympics.[4]
