The Thai League 3 Cup, currently known as the BGC Muang Thai Insurance Cup for sponsorship reasons, is an annual knockout competition in men's domestic football in Thailand. Organized by the Football Association of Thailand (FA Thailand), it is open to any clubs within Thai League 3, the third tier of the Thai football league system.
In 2023, the Thai League 3 Cup was established by the Football Association of Thailand and Thai League Company Limited together with BG Container Glass Public Company Limited[1] and Muang Thai Insurance Public Company Limited[2] under the name BGC Muang Thai Insurance Cup.[3] It is a football tournament for the football clubs in Thai League 3, the third tier of the Thai football league system.[4]
Thai League 3 Cup is open to all members of the Football Association of Thailand that compete in Thai League 3. Matches in all rounds are single-legged, except for the semi-finals, which have been two-legged since the competition began. The semi-finals were the exception to this when the away goals rule and penalties were introduced.
For final match, would held on neutral ground and it would finish level after extra time has been decided by a penalty shoot-out.[5]

From 2023 to the present, the Thai League 3 Cup has attracted title sponsorship, the Thai League 3 Cup was named after its sponsor, giving it the following names:
