Teleiodes excentricella explained

Teleiodes excentricella is a moth of the family Gelechiidae. It is found in Libya,[1] Armenia and Turkmenistan.

The larvae forms galls on the branches of Tamarix species,[2] including Tamarix ramosissima and Tamarix araratica.
