Tarnawa Górna is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Zagórz, within Sanok County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6km (04miles) south of Zagórz, 100NaN0 south of Sanok, and 660NaN0 south of the regional capital Rzeszów.
