Szczawne is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Komańcza, within Sanok County, in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship (province) of south-eastern Poland, close to the border with Slovakia.[2] It lies approximately 8km (05miles) north-east of Komańcza, 180NaN0 south of Sanok, and 710NaN0 south of the regional capital Rzeszów.
