Szalowa is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Łużna, within Gorlice County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 4km (02miles) south-west of Łużna, 110NaN0 west of Gorlice, and 890NaN0 south-east of the regional capital Kraków.[1]

The main church, St. Michael's, a wooden church built in the 18th century, is on the National Historic registry.
