Svitoch (Ukrainian: Світоч) is a Lviv-based Ukrainian confectionery manufacturer. It is owned by Nestlé since 1998.[1] The company produces chocolate, chocolate candy, lollipops and many other types of candy.
LVIV CONFECTIONERY FACTORY "SVITOCH" is an enterprise of the confectionery branch of the food industry. The history goes back to the 19th century, when Lviv created small confectioners. f-ky (confectionery), in particular, the shwis confectionery. master D. The confectionery was established as Svitoch in 1962 through the merging of various confectionaries,[2] although it traces its history under other names to 1882.[3] In the Soviet era, Svitoch was considered one of the best manufacturers, along with the Rot Front and Babaevsky chocolate factories. After its acquisition by Nestlé in mid-1990s
Svitoch rebranded Strela candy (- Arrow) as Stozhary (Ukrainian: Стожари - Pleiades)[4]

Since 2018, Nestlé owns 100% of the company's shares.[6]
