Sushama Shiromanee is an actress,producer,director who works in Indian films Hindi,Marathi and Gujarati industries. She is an IMPPA (Indian Motion Pictures Producers Association) President (2004 -2005), Senior vice-president (2006 to continue), and director, known for Pyar Ka Karz(1990),Kanoon (1994 film) and Bijli and Marathi films like Bhingari, Fatakadi.^{[3] [4] [5]}

She started her career in 1958 as an actress.
