Susan Meredith Finch (Landau; born August 13, 1960) is an American film producer, writer, casting director, and director.[1] She has an independent film company called Wildwell Films, based in Los Angeles. She has been married to Roy Finch since November 28, 1999. They have one daughter born in 2009.
Landau is the daughter of actors Barbara Bain and Martin Landau.[2] Both her parents were Jewish.[3] [4] Her younger sister is American actress, director, producer and ballerina Juliet Landau. The sisters spent their early childhood in West Los Angeles.[5]
As a casting director, she was instrumental in David Cassidy, a well known actor in US television, having a star role in a film, The Spirit of '76. The year of the film's release was the year (1990) that David Cassidy starred in a major motion picture.[6]
