Sugar Grove is a borough in Warren County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 614 at the 2010 census.

As of the census of 2000, there were 613 people, 232 households, and 180 families residing in the borough. The population density was 550.2/mi2. There were 250 housing units at an average density of 224.4/mi2. The racial makeup of the borough was 99.51% White, 0.16% African American, and 0.33% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.16% of the population.
There were 232 households, out of which 36.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 61.6% were married couples living together, 11.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 22.4% were non-families. 19.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 13.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
