Streptomyces bottropensis explained

Streptomyces bottropensis is a bacterium species from the genus Streptomyces which has been isolated from soil.[1] Streptomyces bottropensis produces bottromycin,[2] dunaimycin[3] [4] and mensacarcin.[5] [6] Streptomyces bottropensis can metabolize (+)-carvone to (+)-bottrospicatol.[7] [8]
