Stephen P. Joyce (born c. 1961) is an American Business man. He was the chief executive officer of Dine Brands Global, the operator of IHOP and Applebee's franchises. Currently serves as CEO and Director of Re/Max International. Prior to Dine Brands Global, Stephen served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Choice Hotels International. During his time there, they were able to franchise over 6,700 hotels in more than 45 countries and territories. Prior to that, Stephen spent over 25 years with Marriott International, Inc. He was formerly Chairman of the U.S. Travel Association, and has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, the Autism Learning Center, and The Real Estate Roundtable. Stephen holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree from the University of Virginia and has completed graduate work at Cornell University, the Wharton School of Business and the Aspen Institute. [1]

Joyce served as the CEO of Dine Brands Global from September 2017 to February 2021,[7] [8] and since March 2022 has served as the CEO and Director of Re/Max.[9]
