Stenoptilia elkefi explained

Stenoptilia elkefi is a moth of the family Pterophoridae. It is known from Tunisia, Cyprus, southern Europe, Jordan, Turkey, Turkmenistan and Yemen.

The wingspan is 17–19 mm.[1]
