Start Music is a 2019 Indian Tamil-language music competition reality show that airs on Star Vijay and digitally streams on Disney+ Hotstar. The show has had four seasons, with Priyanka Deshpande[1] as a host for three seasons and Ma Ka Pa Anand[2] as a host for the fourth season. The first season premiered on 26 May 2019. The fifth season premiered on 2 June 2024

Overview

The show based on music features two celebrity teams with three members each competing in various music-based games.

There are three music-related rounds of games in this show, namely Sound Party, Bioscope and Olunga Paadu illana spray adichiduven. Each round offers a certain amount of prize money to the teams, and the winning team takes home of prize money and gifts at the end of the competitive rounds.

Season 1

The first season aired from 26 May 2019 to 10 November 2019 and ended with 24 Episodes. The show was hosted by Priyanka Deshpande.

Season 2

The second Season of Start Music started on 16 August 2020 and ended with 34 Episodes from 25 April 2021. The show was hosted by Priyanka Deshpande.[3]

Season 3

The third season aired from 10 October 2021 to 17 April 2022 and ended with 26 Episodes. The show was hosted by Ma Ka Pa Anand. Raja Rani 2 serial won the title of Start Music 3.[4] [5]

Season 4

The fourth season of Start Music, It is premiere on 26 March 2023 at 20:00.[6] [7] Priyanka Deshpande return as the hosts for this season.

Season 5

The fifth season of the Tamil reality Musical show. It is scheduled to premiere on Star Vijay on June. Priyanka Deshpande has officially once again been appointed as the host for the fourth time.[8] Actress Simran and Actor Srikanth will make a special guest appearance at the grand lunch.[9]
