Starokhalilovo (Russian: Старохалилово; Bashkir: Иҫке Хәлил, İśke Xälil) is a rural locality (a selo) in Mesyagutovsky Selsoviet Duvansky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 378 as of 2010.[2] There are 10 streets.
