Staré Sedlo (German: Altsattel) is a municipality and village in Tachov District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.

Staré Sedlo lies approximately 24km (15miles) south-east of Tachov, 38km (24miles) west of Plzeň, and 121km (75miles) south-west of Prague.

Administrative parts
