Saint-Venant (Papingem) is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department (administrative division) in the Hauts-de-France region of France.[2]

Geography

Saint-Venant is situated some 9miles northwest of Béthune and 26miles west of Lille, at the junction of the D186 and D916 roads and by the banks of the Lys.
