Srikishan Sarda College, also known as S.S. College, established in 1950, is a general degree college situated in Hailakandi, Assam. The college is affiliated with the Assam University. The principal of the college is Hilal Uddin Laskar. This college consists of various 15 departments of Science, Arts and Commerce stream. This college is going to celebrate their 75 years of establishment in the upcoming days. Also this college was accrediated with NAAC A grade on 2011. Various facilities such as Library, Canteen, Gymnasium are available at this college. As per reports, this college provides the facility to join National Cadet Corps and National Service Scheme. This college also consists of one Institutional Biotech Hub and a Bioresource Complex. The Bioresource Complex is a joint project initiated by Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati and Srikishan Sarda College. The main aim of this project is to promote the medicinal plants and other valuable organic assets of Hailakandi district.
