Sri Lanka Thilaka Explained
The Sri Lanka Thilaka (si|ශ්රී ලංකා තිලක) is a non-titular national honour of Sri Lanka awarded "for service to the nation".[1] Sri Lanka Thilaka ranks lower than Kala Suri.
