Spodiopogon cotulifer explained

Spodiopogon cotulifer is a species of perennial grass in the family Poaceae. It is native to East and Southeast Asia.

It is the most likely wild progenitor of Spodiopogon formosanus, a cultivated millet that is endemic to Taiwan.^[1]
