Sotteville-sous-le-Val (in French pronounced as /sɔtvil su lə val/) is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.
A farming village situated in a meander of the river Seine, some 10miles south of Rouen at the junction of the D91, D92 and the D292 roads. The A13 autoroute runs through the commune's territory.
