Sopotnia Wielka is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Jeleśnia, within Żywiec County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8km (05miles) south of Jeleśnia, 140NaN0 south-east of Żywiec, and 770NaN0 south of the regional capital Katowice.
The biggest tourist attraction of the village is Sopotnia Wielka Falls.
