Song Lingdong (; born August 1990) is a Chinese People's Liberation Army Astronaut Corps (PLAAC) taikonaut selected as part of the Shenzhou program.
Song was born in Heze, Shandong, in August 1990. In 2007, he enrolled at Air Force Aviation University. He enlisted in the People's Liberation Army (PLA) in September 2008, and joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in March 2013.[1]
Song was an air force pilot.
On 29 October 2024, Cai Xuzhe, Song Lingdong and Wang Haoze were assigned to the Shenzhou 19 crewed spaceflight mission.[2]
