Sokolniki is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kołaczkowo, within Września County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 13km (08miles) south-east of Września and 560NaN0 east of the regional capital Poznań. The Church of St. James the Greater stands in the village.
