Sobiechy (German: Sobiechen, from 1938-45 Salpen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Budry, within Węgorzewo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1] It lies approximately 8km (05miles) north-west of Budry, 110NaN0 north-east of Węgorzewo, and 1040NaN0 north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
