Snøhetta Dome (-72.1833°N -50°W) is a dome-shaped elevation which is snow-covered except for a few rock exposures, situated 3nmi east of Hornet Peak in the Ahlmann Ridge of Queen Maud Land. It was mapped by Norwegian cartographers from surveys and air photos by the Norwegian-British-Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1949–52) and air photos by the Norwegian expedition of 1958–59, and named Snøhetta ("the snow cap").[1]
