The GP One was designed to comply with the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale microlight rules. It features a cantilever high-wing, a two-seats-in-side-by-side configuration enclosed cockpit accessed by doors, fixed tricycle landing gear and a single engine in tractor configuration.[1] [2]
The aircraft is made from carbon fibre and has a predicted empty weight of 2800NaN0. Its 10.21NaN1 span wing has an area of 11.165m2 and mounts flaps. The standard engine available is the 800NaN0 Rotax 912UL four-stroke powerplant.[1] [2]
Production started in 2011, with the first customer deliveries in 2012.[2]
