Wong Lin Ken | December 1968 | He served concurrently as the Ambassador to the United States, to the United Nations, and to Brazil. He was a historian with first class Honours and an MA from the University of Malaya, and a PhD from London University. Ashok Mirpuri[7] | Born 13 December 1959. He graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours, 2nd Class Upper) degree in Political Science from the National University of Singapore in 1984. He received his Master of Arts at the University of London's School of Oriental & African Studies in 1992 under a Raffles Scholarship. In May 1984, he joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
