Silkworth is a census-designated place (CDP) in Lehman Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 820 at the 2010 census.[2]

Geography

Silkworth is located at 41.2722°N -76.0861°W,[3] along Pennsylvania Route 29 on the west shore of Lake Silkworth, about northwest of the city of Nanticoke.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 9.9sqkm, of which 8.8sqkm is land and 1.1sqkm, or 11.0%, is water.[4]
