Sidirochori (Greek, Modern (1453-);: Σιδηροχώρι, before 1928: Σίτσεβον – Sitsevon[1]) is a village and a community in Kastoria Regional Unit, Macedonia, Greece.

In 1945, Greek Foreign Minister Ioannis Politis ordered the compilation of demographic data regarding the Prefecture of Kastoria.[2] The village Sidirochori had a total of 550 inhabitants, all Slavophones with a Bulgarian national consciousness.[3]
