Shui Pin constituency is loosely based on Covent Garden, Emerald Green, Greenery Place, Park Royale, Parkside Villa, Scenic Gardens, Shui Pin Wai Estate, Springdale Villas and Villa Art Deco in Yuen Long with an estimated population of 18,727.[3]
