Shawn Michael Regent (born April 14, 1963) is a former American football center who played for the Los Angeles Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Boston College.[1] [2] [3]
Regent was born in Buffalo, New York and attended Cheektowaga Central High School in Cheektowaga, New York. During his time in high school, he excelled as an offensive lineman, earning **2x All-State honors** for his performances.
