Shangzayü (; bo|རྫ་ཡུལ) is a town of Zayü County, in southeastern Tibet Autonomous Region, People's Republic of China (PRC),[1] located in a deep river valley 68km (42miles) from the county seat and bordering India's Arunachal Pradesh, which is claimed by the PRC, to the south and west., it has a population of 3002,[2] and, it has 16 villages under its administration.[3]
