Mount Shahdagh (Azerbaijani: Şahdağ; Lezghian: Кас сув) is a mountain peak of the Greater Caucasus range, located in the Qusar District of Azerbaijan, close to the border with Russia. The elevation of the peak is 4243m (13,921feet) above sea level.[1]

Among the earth rocks found in Shahdagh are magnesian lime, chalkstone and marble.[2] Winter temperatures at Shahdagh average -20°C.[3]
