The Seugne (in French pronounced as /sœɲ/) is an 83.3km (51.8miles) long river in the Charente-Maritime département, in western France, left tributary of the Charente. Its source is in the commune of Montlieu-la-Garde, 2km (01miles) west of the village. It flows generally north-northwest.

North from Colombiers, the Seugne splits in some branches, the main one flowing into the Charente at Courcoury, 2.5km (01.6miles) east of the village and the others 3, 4, 6 and 7 km downstream at Courcoury and Les Gonds.
