200px|right|thumb|Seat of the Electoral Service in downtown Santiago.The Electoral Service (Spanish; Castilian: Servicio Electoral, SERVEL) is the organ of the state that arranges and supervises elections in Chile.[1] Among its functions is also the maintenance of an electoral archive.[1] its councilors are Andrés Tagle Domínguez, Alfredo Joignant, María Cristina Escudero Illanes, Pamela Figueroa Rubio and David Huina Valenzuela.[2] Tagle Domínguez presides the council.[2] The counselors are named by the President of Chile in agreement with the Senate.[3]
