Servaziella Explained
Servaziella is a genus of fungi within the class Sordariomycetes. The relationship of this taxon to other taxa within the class is unknown (incertae sedis).[1]
It has one known species Servazziella longispora, Can. J. Bot. 65(7): 1334 (1987).[2]
The genus name of Servaziella is in honour of Ottone Servazzi (1902–1986), who was an Italian botanist, Lichenologist and mycologist and Plantpathologist from the University of Turin.[3]
