Serino is a town and comune in the province of Avellino, Campania, southern Italy.

Famous for its very clean water source, Serino is 51km (32miles) from Naples, 21km (13miles) from Salerno, 8km (05miles) from Avellino and 275km (171miles) from Rome. Serino is known for its production of chestnuts and Aglianico wine.

It gave its name to the Roman Aqua Augusta aqueduct which it supplied.
