Sergio Donato Contessa (born 14 March 1990) is an Italian footballer who plays as a left-back for club Taranto.
Contessa made his Serie C debut for Fidelis Andria on 4 September 2011 in a game against Spezia.[1]
On 15 January 2019, he signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with FeralpiSalò.[2]
On 20 January 2020, he moved to Catanzaro on a one-and-a-half-year contract.[3]
On 9 July 2021, he returned to Reggiana on a two-year contract.[4]
On 27 August 2022, Contessa signed a two-year contract with Turris.[5]
On 28 August 2024, Contessa moved to Taranto.[6]
