The Secretary for Security (; pt|Secretaria para a Segurança) is the director of the government department responsible for public safety and security in Macau. The role replaced the former post of Secretary for Public Security. It is responsible for managing the Macau public security and police agencies.

Macau Customs Service is a government agency responsible for the protection against smuggling; revenue collection, detect and deter drug trafficking; protection of intellectual property rights; the protection of consumer interests; and the protection and facilitation of legitimate trade and maintaining trading integrity in Macau.
