Satnam Singh Sandhu is a Chancellor of Chandigarh University and a nominated Member of Parliament,^{[1] [2]} Rajya Sabha.^{[3] [4] [5]}

Sandhu founded the Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC) at Landran in Mohali in 2001 and later in 2012 he founded Chandigarh University.
