Sassnitz Fährhafen (German: Bahnhof Sassnitz Fährhafen) is a railway station in the town of Sassnitz, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. The station lies on the Stralsund–Sassnitz railway and the seasonal train services are operated by Hanseatische Eisenbahn.

Services

By rail, the Stralsund–Sassnitz railway line connects via the Ziegelgraben Bridge to Stralsund, providing further links to Rostock via the Stralsund–Rostock railway and to Berlin via either the Berlin Northern Railway or the Angermünde–Stralsund and Berlin–Szczecin railway lines. Since May 21, 2022, the ferry port has also been reconnected to regional passenger rail services through Regional Express Line 27. However, train access is only available with a ferry ticket.[1]
