Santa Cruz,[1] [2] Pucaraju,[3] [4] Pukaraju (possibly from Quechua puka red, rahu snow, ice, mountain with snow)[5] or Pico de Huaylas (Spanish for "peak of Huaylas")[6] is a mountain in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru; within Santa Cruz District, Huaylas Province, Ancash. It has a height of 6259m (20,535feet), although other maps cite a height of 6241m (20,476feet).
