San Piero Patti (Sicilian: San Pieru Patti) is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Messina in the Italian region Sicily, located about 140km (90miles) east of Palermo and about 50km (30miles) southwest of Messina.

San Piero Patti borders the following municipalities: Patti, Raccuja, Sant'Angelo di Brolo, Librizzi, Montalbano Elicona.

History

San Piero Patti was conquered and inhabited by the Arabs until the 11th century, when they were defeated by Roger I of Sicily.[2]
