Saminek is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dąbrówno, within Ostróda County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 25km (16miles) south of Ostróda and 440NaN0 south-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.

During World War II the Germans operated a forced labour subcamp of the Nazi prison in Barczewo in the village.[2]
